PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).


You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Please note: During launches, restocks, and promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

 


 

SHIPPING TIME

Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

 


 

PRE-ORDERS

If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will ship once the pre-order item becomes available.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.


All Things Lavish is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply.

 


 

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once your package has been handed to the carrier, All Things Lavish is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.


If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
